Blended workshops have a 3 hour requirement for additional learning. This must be completed within 8 days from the completion of the face to face workshop.

4. Reflect
What is one goal you will set for yourself in response to learning?
- Why are you setting this goal? What is its significance?
- How will this goal benefit you? What is its relevance?
- How achievable is this goal? How will you know that you have achieved it?
- How will you engage in the process of developing this goal?
